As a photographer, Honfleur is a true paradise for me. From the moment I arrive in this charming coastal town in Normandy, I am struck by the stunning beauty of my surroundings.
The harbor of Honfleur is a particular highlight, with its colorful boats and reflections in the water. I mean, seriously, I could spend hours just snapping shots of those boats and the buildings around the harbor. IT is a particular highlight, with its colorful boats and reflections in the water.
But Honfleur is more than just its harbor. The town is filled with winding, narrow streets that are perfect for exploring with my camera in hand. The half-timbered houses and cobbled streets are steeped in history and give the town an enchanting, almost fairy-tale-like quality.
I can't get enough of the charming storefronts that line the streets of Honfleur, with their colorful signs and window displays. The town's numerous cafes and restaurants offer plenty of opportunities for street photography, as the locals and tourists mingle over coffee and croissants.
Overall, Honfleur is a town full of inspiration for street, travel and landscape photographers. Every corner of the town offers something new and exciting to capture although i have visited twice.
